  • International shipping (where available at checkout)

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

  • International orders: Delivery time varies by country

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be shown before order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD within Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

  • Repeated failed deliveries may result in future order restrictions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You may receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable).

  • Tracking availability depends on the courier service.


7. Risk & Ownership

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they are handed over to the courier.

Organicial is not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address information

  • Failed delivery attempts

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is:

  • Delivered damaged

  • Significantly delayed

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:
